Sunday, July 28
4:30 p.m. Dog Show

Monday, July 29
3:30-6:30 p.m. Swine weigh-in – followed by sheep and goat weigh-in
4-6:30 p.m. All Exhibits must be brought in (except Cake Decorating, Culinary, Garden, Flowers, Crops, Beef, Llamas & Cats). LATE ENTRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. All pens will be assigned by the superintendents. Livestock feed, bedding, etc., brought in early is not the responsibility of the fair management!
6:30 p.m. Posting of Flag – Jr. Fair talent show – cannot be over 21 to enter

Tuesday, July 30
7-8 a.m. Beef weigh-in.
7-8 a.m Cake decorating, Culinary, Garden, Flowers, Crops and Beef must be in place by 8 a.m. No late entries accepted.
8 a.m. Swine Judging – Order will be breeding stock, then market animals.
8:30 Conference judging of vegetable display
8:30 a.m. Flower Arranging Judging – in Nimrod Funk Building – followed by general flower judging
9 – 10 a.m. Conference judging of visual arts, foods, hobbies and education departments
9 a.m. Gardening & Crops judging
10 a.m. Judging of all exhibits in Arts/Crafts building
10 a.m. Llama Judging – grassy area near clearspan
1 p.m. Swine Judging continues
2 p.m. Poultry Judging (classes 971 – 981)
2 – 8 p.m. Arts & Crafts and Horticulture buildings open for viewing exhibits
3 p.m. Poultry Judging (classes 950 – 970)
4 p.m. Pedal Tractor Pull
5:30 p.m. Dress Revue practice
6:30 p.m. Dress Revue followed by the presentation of Jr. Fair trophies

Wednesday, July 31

8 a.m. Goat Judging
9 a.m. -7 p.m. Arts & Crafts and Horticulture buildings open for viewing exhibits
9 a.m. Rabbit Judging
10 a.m. Sheep Judging. Order will be breeding stock, then market animals. (Sheep judging follows Goat judging)
2:30 p.m. Cat Judging (must be in carrier then shown on leash) must arrive by 2:15 p.m. in Nimrod Funk Community Building with proper papers.
2:30 p.m. Back Seat Driver Contest
3:30 p.m. Super Showman Shoot-Out
4 p.m. Livestock released.
6:30 p.m. Horse Show

Thursday, August 1
8 a.m. Beef Judging – Order will be breeding stock, then market animals.
9 – 11 a.m. Arts & Crafts and Horticulture buildings open for viewing exhibits
11 a.m. – 1p.m. Arts/crafts & horticulture exhibits must be picked up. Not responsible for projects not picked up after 1 p.m.
l p.m. Livestock Auction
3 p.m. Clean up fairgrounds – everyone needs to help
6:30 – 8:30 Swim party – 4-H members only

Friday, August 2

3 p.m. Premium checks should be available (no checks issued before this time)
