Sunday, July 27

1pm  Dog Show

7pm  Church Services

Monday, July 28

2-6:30pm  Swine weigh-in Followed by sheep and meat goat weigh-in

4-6:30pm  All Exhibits must be brought in (except Culinary, Garden,Flowers, Crops, Beef & cats).  LATE ENTRIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.  ALL PENDS WILL BE ASSIGNED BY SUPERINTENDENTNS.  Livestock feed, bedding, etc., brought in early is not the responsibility of the fair management.

6:30pm Posting of the Flag – 4-H Royalty Pageant – Jr. Fair talent show – cannot be over 21 to enter.

Tuesday, July 29

7-8am  Beef weigh-in.  All entries MUST be in place by 8am.  NO LATE ENTRIES ACCEPTED.

8am  Swine Judging – Order of judging will be breeding stock, then market animals

8:30am  Conference judging of vegetable display

9am  Judging of Flowers, Gardening, Crops and all exhibits in Arts/Crafts building.

11am  Flower Arranging Judging – in Nimrod Funk Building

11am  Llama Judging – grassy area near clear span

1pm  Swine Judging continues

2pm Poultry Judging (classes 971-981)

2-8pm  ARTS AND CRAFTS & HORTICULTURE BUILDING OPEN FOR VIEWING EXHIBITS

3pm  Poultry Judging (classes 971-981)

3:30pm  Children’s games

4pm  Pedal Tractor Pull

5:30pm Dress Revue practice

6:30pm Dress Revue followed by the presentation of Jr. Fair Trophies

Wednesday, July 30

8am  Goat Judging

9am – 7pm  ARTS AND CRAFTS & HORTICULTURE BUILDING OPEN FOR VIEWING EXHIBITS

9am  Rabbit Judging

10am  Judging of Sheep classes.  Order of judging will be breeding stock, then market animals.  (Sheep judging will follow Goat Judging)

2:30pm Cat Judging (must be in carrier then show on leash) must arrive by 2:25pm in Nimrod Funk Community Building with proper papers.

2:30pm Back Seat Driver Contest

3:30pm Super Showman shoot-out

4pm  Livestock released.

6pm  Horse Show

Thursday, July 31

8am  Beef Judging – Order will be breeding stock, them market animals.

9-11am  ARTS AND CRAFTS & HORTICULTURE BUILDING OPEN FOR VIEWING EXHIBITS

11am-1pm  Arts/crafts & horticulture exhibits must be picked up.  Not responsible for projects not picked up before 1pm.

1pm  Livestock Auction

3pm  Clean up fairgrounds

7:30-10:30pm  4H Dance (ages 8-18) – $3.00 per person

Friday, August 1

11am  ALL PREMIUM CHECKS AVAILABLE (No checks issues before this time)
