Twenty-three-year-old Jesse White of the 600 block of Fayette was booked at the Morgan County Jail on a warrant for reckless discharge of a firearm.

Jacksonville Police Deputy Chief Tim Shea say White was originally picked up in Florida.

Police arrested then-17-year-old Skee Sanders after an incident in the area of North Clay and East Dunlap the evening of June 9th, 2011. He pleaded guilty to charges of aggravated and reckless discharge of a firearm in Morgan County Court last March.

Sanders was sentenced to three years in the Illinois Department of Corrections.
