Crimestoppers seeks help on rural Jacksonville burglary

Crimestoppers of Morgan and Scott Counties is asking for help to assist the Morgan County Sheriff’s Department in their investigation of a recent residential burglary.

Sometime between September 7th and September 24th, someone removed several pieces of jewelry from a residence in the 400 block of Timbercreek Drive south of South Jacksonville off of Route 267. The value of the lost items are over $2,000.

Law enforcement is asking anyone with information concerning this incident or any other crimes within the two-county area to submit a top online by visiting and clicking the blue button on the home page.

Crimestoppers offers rewards of up to $1,000 for anyone providing information that leads to an arrest.
