The individuals responsible for vandalizing a Jacksonville bar earlier this month have been captured.
A press conference was held in Adams County this morning to announce the arrest of Bradley and Jennifer Seyler of Collinsville, who are allegedly connected to numerous burglaries to establishments with video gaming and ATM machines across central Illinois.
Good Time Doc’s located just off the Downtown Square was broken into on September 8th. The door to the business was broken down, the ATM machine was cut open and an undetermined amount of money was taken.
Earlier this month, several agencies statewide had the opportunity to start sharing specific information regarding the burglaries and worked together to identify the suspects.
Members of the Adams County Sheriff’s Department and Quincy Police Department arrested Bradley and Jennifer Syeler Tuesday morning in Collinsville.
Details on how much cash was stolen and the damages accumulated during the burglaries were not released.
The Jacksonville Police Department was one of 18 agencies involved in the investigation.
