A Carrollton woman is dead after an early Monday morning mobile home fire.
Thirty-nine-year-old Katrina Baker was pronounced dead by Greene County Coroner Dean Bishop at around 3:45 a-m Monday. Firefighters were called to the 208 South Main Street location at around 2:30.
Bishop says firefighters told him the front part of the mobile home was on fire when they arrived. He says Baker was the only person home at the time, and was found on a bed that had burned away.
An autopsy will take place at Memorial Medical Center. Bishop says an autopsy is planned to determine the official cause of Baker’s death.
