Overnight Arrests 2/9

There were two arrests by Jacksonville Police last night.

39 year-old Eric Berry, from Bluffs, was arrested for retail theft and resisting arrest. Berry was at a Shopko on Morton Ave when he stole several items. He was later arrested at the Star Lite Motel .

30 year-old Jalana Woods, of the 700 block of Clay Street, was arrested by Morgan Country Sheriff’s Deputies for retail theft. She’s currently behind bars at the Morgan County Jail.

Around the area counties, Morgan County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 29 year-old Adam Gideon last night. Gideon, of Waverly, was arrested for theft around 8:30. He was later released.

43 year-old Tina Gregory, of Meredosia, was arrested for burglary. Gregory was taken into custody around 9:40pm. She’s currently behind bars at the Morgan County Jail.

Cass County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 45 year-old Steven Quinter. The Kansas City, Missouri native was arrested for Out of County charges such as battery, criminal damage to property, driving under the influence, 3 counts of contempt of court and disorderly conduct. He’s being held at the Morgan County Jail.

23 year-old Nathaniel Newingham, of Woodson, was arrested by South Jacksonville Police for driving under the influence. He was later released.
