An agreement is reached on a request for documents by a federal judge in an investigation of former Central Illinois Congressman Aaron Schock.
Attorneys for the disgraced ex-House member say they now agree with federal prosecutors that Schock has satisfied federal subpoenas by handing over documents that his attorneys had previously raised objections to giving to the feds.
Schock resigned in March after questions about spending habits surfaced following reports of lavish decorations in his Washington office.
