For the Public Protection Committee, there will be talks regarding surplus property of the Jacksonville Police Department. And under the Utilities Committee, members of the city council will review an engineering proposal for the North West Street Water Main Replacement Project.

During the regular city council meeting, which starts no later than 7 p.m., the council will vote on a resolution to authorize payments from the Waterworks & Sewerage Projects Fund for services rendered/improvement projects. Aldermen will also discuss and vote on a resolution to approve the engineering agreement with Benton & Associates for the North West Street Water Main Replacement Project, which comes to a total of $29-thousand, five-hundred dollars. The Jacksonville city council will also hear the first reading of ordinances to amend the Jacksonville Zoning Map for property located at 1225 Mound Avenue, and for property located at 1320 Tendick Street.
