Derek Parris of Channel1450 Sports in Springfield reports that Jacksonville High School Head Basketball Coach J.R. Dugan resigned effective immediately after JHS’s Tuesday night loss at home to Jersey Community. WLDS News reached out to JHS AD Ryan VanAken, who was asked for information on the situation, and he declined to comment.
