There’s another delay in the trial for a 20-year-old Jacksonville man accused of murder.
Avery Berry is accused of shooting 24-year-old Marcus Jackson in October of 2014 at a party at the corner of Douglas and Fayette, just down the street from the Jacksonville Police Department.
Berry made an appearance in Morgan County Court on Monday afternoon. His case was continued. A pretrial date was scheduled for April 27th, with a jury trial date scheduled for May 10th.
