The National Weather Service in Lincoln has issued the following alert for Central Illinois:
“US National Weather Service Central Illinois
·A line of thunderstorms will race northeast across parts of the area, mainly south of I-72, bringing a chance for damaging wind gusts, hail, and isolated tornadoes. A tornado watch has been issued, and will remain in effect until 6 PM CST.”
