Briscoe also entered an aggravated criminal sexual abuse charge, which carries a possible three to seven years in the IDOC.

According to Greene County court records, Keel Jr. filed a written waiver of preliminary hearing, plead “not guilty” to the charges and demanded a jury trial.

A pre-trial date is scheduled for April 13th and a jury trial will take place April 25th.

Keel Jr. remains in custody at the Greene County Jail.
