One of the eight people arrested in connection to an alleged meth lab in northeast Jacksonville in March of this year was sentenced yesterday.

Twenty-six-year-old Nicole Christy of Jacksonville was sentenced in Morgan County Court  to two years of drug court probation after pleading guilty to possession of methamphetamine-manufacturing materials. Christy was also fined $1,350.

As part of the plea deal, aggravated participation in methamphetamine manufacturing charges were dropped.

Half of the cases of the people arrested have been settled so far.
