Crimestoppers looking for info on multiple burglaries

Crimestoppers of Morgan & Scott County are requesting information to assist the
Jacksonville Police Department in their investigations into two recent Residential
Burglaries. 

According to reports, sometime between 2:30am and 9:30 am on February 27 an unknown person
made entry into a residence in the 600 block of South Church.  Among the items
removed were; two White Samsung Galaxy Tablets, a White Samsung Galaxy S6 phone
along with an undetermined amount of cash and change.

In a separate case, sometime between 9am on February 27 and 4pm February 28 an unknown person broke a
window to gain entry into a residence in the 900 block of Beesley.  Among the items
taken there were a Dell computer, a 37 inch Vizio television and a 21 inch Vizio
television.  Total value of the missing items and the repair cost to the window are
over $1300.


The police are asking that anyone who has information concerning this incidents or
any other crimes within the two county area submit a tip online by going to
