A Williamsville teacher, with ties to Illinois College and District 117, has been placed on administrative leave after allegations surfaced that she engaged in adult activities on a webcam.
Superintendent Dave Root said in a statement that the individual, who is not being named in this story, will not be returning to the classroom this year.

An Illinois College spokesperson confirmed the teacher was a part-time physics instructor at the college and a District 117 representative said the teacher worked in the school district from August of 2011 through the 2013-2014 school year.
