A third candidate has officially entered the 13th U.S. House District race.

David Gill will remain on the ballot after a challenge to his candidacy that he took to court.

Gill had to gather 10,754 signatures after a review discovered he didn’t’ meet a specific requirement.

Gill argued that requiring Independents to gather thousand more signatures than other candidates wasn’t fair.

Challenging Gill in the November election will be Democrat Mark Wicklund and incumbent Congressman Rodney Davis.
