Two people are facing possible charges after allegedly being involved with an active meth lab operation in Roodhouse.
According to reports from the Greene County Sheriff’s Office, 37-year-old Brian Crum of Roodhouse and 40-year-old Tammie Gordan of Imperial, Missouri were booked at the Greene County Jail on Tuesday morning for aggravated possession of methamphetamine-manufacturing materials and aggravated production of the drug.
Reports indicate the Greene County Multi-Agency Response Team assisted deputies and Roodhouse police officers in the execution of a search warrant in the early morning hours of Tuesday in the 5-hundred block of West Prairie Street. Both Crum and Gordan were reportedly taken into custody without incident.
The Illinois State Police Meth Response Team was called in after it was determined the meth lab was active to assist with collection of evidence. Police say about 316 grams of a material testing positive for methamphetamine was seized, and note the residence is close to North Greene Elementary School.
Crum and Gordan remain in custody.
