A White Hall man was arrested on Friday for his alleged involvement in traffic crashes with three Greene County police cars.

Reports from the Greene County Sheriff’s Department show that 19-year-old Cody Wade allegedly stole a 2008 GMC truck. Officers from the Roodhouse Police Department, White Hall Police Department and Greene County Sheriff’s Department were all involved in the pursuit of Wade.

According to the report, Wade collided with squad cars from all three police departments during the chase. The White Hall squad car suffered the most damage.

It is alleged that Wade lost control of the vehicle he was driving, struck multiple vehicles and was then apprehended by police.

A White Hall police officer was injured during the chase. He was taken to Boyd Hospital in Carrollton, but has been treated and released.

Wade was booked at the county jail at around 6:15 Friday for theft of a motor vehicle, aggravated fleeing and attempting to elude police, burglary, driving under the influence of drugs and criminal damage to state supported property.

Wade remains behind bars.
