JPD Investigating Gun Incident at West Morgan Depot *UPDATED*

Jacksonville Police are an investigating an incident in which someone is alleged to have brandished a weapon in a Downtown Bar Wednesday night.

Officers were called to the West Morgan Depot in the 200 block of West Morgan Street in Jacksonville shortly before 10PM. A female caller advised someone known to them had pulled a gun after getting into an altercation inside the bar.

UPDATE FRIDAY, JAN. 31 6:30AM: Jacksonville Police arrested a man in regards to a gun-waving incident at a downtown bar on Wednesday night. 41-year old Tobin S. Lehnhausen of the 300 block of West State Street was arrested for aggravated assault at the Morgan County Sheriff’s Office after questioning at approximately 2PM yesterday afternoon. Lehnhausen is accused of waving a gun at a female subject after an argument inside the West Morgan Depot around 10PM Wednesday night. He has since been released with a notice to appear in court.
