A Jacksonville bar is offering baseball fans a taste of Wrigleyville during the Chicago Cubs postseason run.

KJB’s Pinthaus, located just off the square at 222 East State, has long been known as one of the “Cubs Bar” in the city.

It won’t take long for patrons to notice numerous Cubs jerseys and memorabilia on the walls and even the Wrigley Field green ivy in the patio section.

Co-founder Gerald “Brock” Brockhouse says 2015 has been a great year to be a Cubs fan.

“I’m very impressed so far. They have a young team and fact they are doing so well is amazing. I’m originally from Jacksonville and became a Cub fan in the midst of a lot of Cardinal fans. I moved to Chicago for 40 years and raised my boys right, they are all Cubs fans.”

Brockhouse says each Cubs victory has resulted in more fans flocking to the bar to watch the next game.

Daily drink specials can be found on the KJB Pinthaus Facebook page during the Cubs postseason run.

Brockhouse made a simple promise to Cubs fans in the Jacksonville area looking for a fun atmosphere to watch the big games.

“Anytime the Cubs are playing we can guarantee they will be on all the TVs.”

Game 1 of the National League Championship Series between the Cubs and New York Mets starts tonight at 7:07 p.m.
