Four establishments in Jacksonville failed a compliance check last week from the Illinois Liquor Control Commission.
On April 24th, the ILCC and Illinois State Police conducted 35 underage compliance checks in Morgan County.
The compliance checks take place randomly at liquor stores, restaurants and bars in the community to test if liquor is being sold to persons under 21-years-old.
According to the Liquor Control Commission’s report for Morgan County, the following establishments failed the most recent compliance check:
Party House Beer & Wine, 1818 West Morton Avenue
Barney’s Pub, 228 West Morton Avenue
Bahans Tavern, 214 North East Street
KJB Pint Haus, 222 East State Street
