BREAKING NEWS: The man who was shot and killed last night in the parking lot of the Jacksonville Police Department has been identified by the Morgan County Coroner as 36-year-old Andrew Maul.
Maul was the owner of the Maul Tech ATV shop on Spradlin Road in Jacksonville.
