74, of Jacksonville, passed away Wednesday, February 18. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, March 14 at the Church of God in Mount Carroll, with at 2:30 p.m. until the time of the service starting at 4 p.m. Williamson Funeral Home in Jacksonville is assisting the family.
