Jacksonville High School senior Olivia Kaufmann has been named the CS8 Girls Basketball Player of the Year.
Kaufmann has the most-ever points in JHS girls basketball history with 2,163. She averaged 22.5 points per game this past season.
Kaufmann is the niece of Jacksonville basketball standout Andy Kaufmann, who has the boys basketball scoring record for the school. Olivia Kaufmann will continue playing basketball at Western Illinois University.
