Details are being provided on the one vehicle accident that took place near Chapin this morning.
Reports from the Morgan County Sheriff’s Department state 50 year old Arnie Guillermo of Moreno Valley, California was traveling westbound on U.S. Highway 67 at around 7 a.m.
Guillermo reportedly lost control of the vehicle, exited the roadway to the north and struck a tree.
Guillermo was reportedly suffering from chest pain and was having difficulty moving his legs. Guillermo was transported to Passavant Area Hospital and recently transferred to Memorial Medical Center and is listed in “serious condition.”
