Central Illinois has seen a fairly mild winter so far. Illinois State Climatologist Jim Angel joined WLDS” Gary Scott on AM Conversation on yesterday and says that this mild winter is about half way over.
While mild temperatures and few winter storms may have made the first half of winter feel more like spring, Angel says that winter isn’t over.
