Morgan County has reached a grim milestone in the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
Health officials Thursday confirmed the death of a male in his 80’s who died in an area hospital on March 2nd. The death is the 100th in Morgan County that has been attributed to the virus.
Two new cases were also confirmed. Currently, Morgan County has 37 active cases with one person hospitalized and 102 currently under quarantine.
