The AC-Humko complex has sold at auction. The week-long auction ended at 2PM yesterday. According to information gathered from Tranzon’s website and confirmed by the JREDC, the complex sold to one buyer for the total of $390,000. The name of the buyer and their intentions are unknown. Kristin Jamison, vice president of marketing and communications for JREDC, said that JREDC has not received any further information from Tranzon about the property at close of business yesterday.
