The Morgan County Coroner’s Office reports a man was found dead overnight at a residence on Richard Street. Coroner Marcy Patterson’s report says that at approximately 8PM last night police received a call to the home where a 59-year old male was found deceased. A second 60-year old male was transported from the residence to Passavant Area Hospital.
The cause of death is unknown pending the results of an autopsy. No foul play is suspected.
The Jacksonville Police Department and the Morgan County Coroner’s Office are continuing the investigation.
