Motorists who regularly travel Route 125 in Cass County will need to give themselves more time to get to their destination this week. The Illinois Department of Transportation will begin emergency resurfacing repairs at US 67 and Arenzville Road on Monday.
Officials say one lane will be open to traffic at all times however motorists should anticipate delays and seek alternate routes when possible. The work is expected to be completed by the end of the month.
