The next installment of the Humanities Film Series will feature the movie Examined Life.
The free event, hosted in the basement of the Jacksonville Public Library tonight at 6:30 p.m., investigates ideas of mobility, circulation, philosophy and contemporary culture.
The film features interviews with leading philosophers and tests viewers’ ideas about justice in a multi-mediated, diverse world.
Nick Sciullo, an Illinois College assistant professor of communications and rhetorical studies, will moderate the film.
