I.C. Hosting First Unity Fest on Saturday

Illinois College is hosting a first-of-its-kind community event this weekend.

The campus is hosting its first ever Unity Fest to promote inclusivity and onnect the greater Jacksonville community with the Illinois College community on Saturday from 4-7PM on the Upper Quad.

The all-ages event is free and open to the public. Interested parties should RSVP at this link.

The event aims to engage and enlighten the greater Jacksonville community with insights into Greek Life on campus, Identity Organizations, and the community’s overall diversity. Attendees are invited to participate in activities and engage in various cultures presented more than a dozen organizations.

The event will include but not be limited to various arts & crafts activities, music, dancing, and food. There will also be opportunities to sign up with various organizations, including Divine 9 Greek organizations visiting from Springfield, Decatur, and Bloomington.
