The Downtown Farmers Market is moving to a new day.
Effective September 7th, the market will switch to Wednesday evenings from 4-7 p.m.
Jacksonville Main Street Executive Director Judy Tighe says the market will be located on the grass lot on the north side of the square. The location offers drive-up convenience for vendors and access to electricity.
Set up will remain at 3 p.m. and all produce, approved by State and County regulations, is welcome.
The Downtown Farmers Market will continue through October.
