Jacksonville Police arrested two juveniles yesterday in a string of burglaries from earlier this month. According to Police Lieutenant Doug Thompson, two 15 year old juveniles were arrested yesterday at approximately 3:30PM on two counts of residential burglary. The arrests stem from incidents on October 4th & 5th in which Jacksonville Police responded to a residence in the 1000 block of South East Street regarding two burglaries. As a result of the investigation, several firearms and other items were recovered. The juveniles are being detained pending a first appearance in court.
