A local bank CEO was inducted into the Jacksonville Area Chamber of Commerce’s Agri-Industry Hall of Fame last night.

Keith Bradbury, leading the former Franklin Bank and now Community State Bank in Franklin, was recognized Thursday night at the 37th annual Agri-Industry Banquet.

Bradbury has served as an agricultural lender for over three decades. A press release notes that Bradbury understood the challenges faces in the industry as an active farmer for several years at his family farm in West Perry. Bradbury also served on the Chamber’s Agri-Industry Division previously.

Also at last night’s event, the Chamber presented the Pioneer of Agriculture award to 19th century cattle rancher John T. Alexander, for whom the town of Alexander in Morgan County is named after.
