More than 566,000 cups of coffee were donated to active and veteran members of the military during the second annual McDonald’s Buy One, Give One Mcafe program.
From November 2nd to November 15th, Central Illinois McDonald’s locations matched each cup of coffee purchased by customers.
Along with the coffee donated, students from Central Illinois sent over 7,000 letters to Operation Gratitude, based in Chatsworth California.
Over 400,000 cups of coffee were donated to Operation Gratitude in 2014.
