The Springfield FBI Field Office is looking for a new Special Agent In Charge.
FBI Director Christopher Wray announced on Wednesday that current Springfield Special Agent In Charge David Nanz has been named the Assistant Director of the Operational Technology Division at FBI Headquarters in Washington D.C.
Nanz has been with the FBI since 2001, serving in various capacities around the country.
Nanz has been the Special Agent In Charge in Springfield since 2021.
