A Pleasant Plains teacher accused of telling a student to commit suicide last month has allegedly reached a resignation agreement with the school district. Martin “Marty” Tadla is believed to have been placed to on a 10-day suspension during the final week in August after allegedly telling a male student to go hang himself. Tadla and the Pleasant Plains School District have not returned repeated phone call attempts to be reached for comment. The announcement of the supposed resignation agreement came via social media sources yesterday. WLDS/WEAI will continue to work to verify the allegations in this matter.
