1/3 cup hickory smoke-flavored barbecue sauce
1/3 cup A1 steak sauce
1/3 cup sherry or unsweetened apple juice
2 TBSP honey
6 bone-in pork loin chops (3/4 inch thick and 8 oz. each)
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
- Mix first four ingredients; reserve 1/3 cup sauce for serving.
- Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper. Place on an oiled grill rack over medium heat. Grill chops, covered, until a thermometer reads 145 degrees, 4 to 6 minutes per side, brushing frequently with remaining sauce after turning. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Serve with reserved sauce.
