4 medium cucumbers, cut into 1/2 pieces
2 medium sweet red peppers, chopped
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 TBSP Greek seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
Place all ingredients in a large bowl. Toss gently to combine. Refrigerate, covered, at least 30 minutes before serving.
