Super Sloppy Joes

2 lb ground beef
1/2 c chopped onion
2 celery ribs, chopped
1/4 c green pepper
1 2/3 c canned crushed tomatoes
1/4 c ketchup
2 T brown sugar
1 T vinegar
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1 T steak sauce
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp ground mustard
1/4 tsp paprika
salt and pepper to tast
8 to 10 hamburger buns, split

In a dutch over over medium heat, cook beef, onion, celery and green pepper until meat is no longer pink and veggies are tender; drain.  Add next time nine ingredients.  Mex well…simmer, uncovered for 35 to 40 minutes…stirring occasionally.  Spoon 1/2 cup meat mixture onto each bun.

YIELDS:  8 to 10 servings.
