Get your calcium in this cool, easy to prepare summer treat. For variety, try different combinations of yogurts and 100% juices. Add chopped berries if you have them.
3/4 cup 100% orange juice
6 ounces lemon yogurt
- Mix yogurt and juice in a mixing bowl. Stir until smooth
- Divide evenly between paper cups. Stick a wooden craft stick in the center.
- Place in the freezer until solid.
- Tear away paper cup before eating
