Yogurt Pops (makes 4)

Get your calcium in this cool, easy to prepare summer treat. For variety, try different combinations of yogurts and 100% juices. Add chopped berries if you have them.

3/4 cup 100% orange juice
6 ounces lemon yogurt

  1. Mix yogurt and juice in a mixing bowl. Stir until smooth
  2. Divide evenly between paper cups. Stick a wooden craft stick in the center.
  3. Place in the freezer until solid.
  4. Tear away paper cup before eating

Per pop: 45 calories, 0 gm Total Fat; 0 gm Saturated Fat, 20 mg Sodium, 10 gm Total Carbohydrate; 1 gm Protein.
