The county’s Republican Party has selected Dan Hatcher of Glasgow to replace David Killebrew, who stepped down last month due to personal health issues.
Hatcher will run for a full six-year term in the November General Election and is currently unopposed.
According to Commissioner Bob Schafer, Hatcher serves on the Glasgow village board and was previously a Winchester school board member.
