WICS Newschannel 20 reports that a body has been discovered in Lake Jacksonville this morning. Positive identification has not been confirmed on whether or not it is James Ingram, 44 year old Manchester man from yesterday’s search. WLDS/WEAI News awaits official word from local officials.
