8:00 a.m. 4-H Cat Show
9:00 a.m. All exhibits to be on fairgrounds. No late entries accepted

9:00-2:00 p.m. Judging and set-up in Exhibit Halls (approximate times)
10:00 p.m. Opening Ceremony-announcement of “Friends of the Fair Award”
2:00 p.m. Exhibit Halls open (approximate time)
3:30 p.m. Harness Racing – Grandstand – Admission: $5 per person, Includes race program
4:00 p.m. Bates Building opens
6:00 p.m. Carnival Opens
6:00-8:00 p.m. Kid’s Corner – games, contests, freebies, and more

11:30 a.m. Senior Citizens Luncheon – Franke Pavilion – Crowning of Macoupin County Senior King and Queen, presentation of Ella Fuess Award, presentation of Grandmother and Grandfather of the Year awards.
12:00 noon Exhibit Halls open
4:00 p.m. Bates Building Opens
6:00 p.m. Carnival opens
6:00-8:00 p.m. Kid’s Corner -games, contests, displays, and more
6:00-9:00 p.m. Free entertainment – Macoupin County Stage

4:30 p.m. Pedal Tractor Pull registration – Grandstand – Child participants receive a pass to the evening ITPA Pull
6:30 p.m. ITPA Tractor and Truck Pull – Grandstand – Admission:  $10 per person; $20 pit pass per person (good only for pit admission) (no one under 16 years allowed in pit or on track)

7:00 p.m. Demolition Derby – Grandstand – Admission: $10 per person, children under 6 free pit pass, $20  (Good only for pit admission, not grandstand seats)  No one under 16 years allowed in pit or on track
