WEDNESDAY, JULY 6, 2016
8:00 a.m.       Macoupin County Food Festival open
8:00 a.m.       SheepJudging – Open and Junior
8:00 a.m.       Swine Judging – Open and Junior, 4-H prior to open show
9:00 a.m.       All exhibits to be on fairgrounds. No late entries accepted (see Rules and Regulations for Exhibitors)
9:00-2:00 p.m.      Judging and set-up in Exhibit Halls (approximate times)
10:00 a.m.    Opening Ceremony
2:00 p.m.      Exhibit Halls open (approximate time)
4:00 p.m.      Bates Building opens
5:30-10:30 p.m.     Carnival opens–Swyear Amusements
6:00-8:00 p.m.       Kid’s Corner–featuring-Racing Pigs, games, contests, freebies, and more
6:00 p.m.       Pie and Cake Auction–Franke Pavilion
7:00 p.m.      Queen, Junior Miss, AND Little Miss Contests–Grandstand–Admission $10children       under 6 free.
THURSDAY, JULY 7, 2016

6:30pm       Junior Livestock Auction – Cattle Show Ring
7:00pm       Mud Drags-Grandstand-Admission $10, Pass Pit Pass $15 (no one under 16 allowed in pits)  Pit Pass not good in Grandstand.
FRIDAY, JULY 8, 2016

9:00am      4-H Poultry Show
9:30am      Floriculture Judging (building closed during judging)
