Crimestoppers has targeted a couple of out of town suspects for this week’s most wanted.
One is identified as 36-year-old Richard Hoyle. He is described as a white male, standing 5-8 and weighing 175 pounds. He has brush cut brown hair and hazel eyes.
Hoyle is wanted for aggravated battery, and criminal damage to property. His last known address is on West Washington in Springfield.
The other suspect, 33-year-old Kelsey Carlin, is wanted for theft.
She is a white female, weighing 185 pounds and standing 5 feet 1 inch tall. She has long brown hair, and brown eyes.
Her last known address in on Johnson Road in Meredosia.
