The Jacksonville city council will be asked to approve funds for the College Avenue-South Main improvement project.
The money will come from motor fuel tax funds. It’s part of the bigger project to replace the South Main Bridge, and make the approach to the square more attractive.
The city clerk’s office is asking the council to approve a service agreement for Cintas software and programming.
The police department will ask the council to declare special response ballistic helmets surplus, and aldermen are expected to approve final reading for a rezoning request to add a special use permit for a duplex at 1426 and 28 West Lafayette. The request comes from Anne Baker, but is not associated with Midwest Youth Services.
The workshop meeting starts at 6, followed by the regular meeting at city hall.
