The National Weather Service in Lincoln has issued a Heat Advisory for the entire listening area for Sunday, June 28 from 1-7 p.m. Heat index values up to 105 are expected across the region.
Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat illnesses. Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of the sun, and check up on relatives, neighbors, and outdoor animals and pets.
