Routt Catholic High School is looking for a new head baseball coach.
Ryan Turner announced on Facebook yesterday that he is resigning as Routt baseball coach.
Turner says he wants to devote more time to his family, and have the chance to watch his children play baseball in Jacksonville and elsewhere.
His son Brady Turner will play at Quincy University next year.
Ryan Turner coached at Routt for 7 years, winning 143 games, and losing 60. His team finished fourth in Class 1A baseball this past season.
Turner was the fourth head coach to resign this past year. Routt has found new coaches for football, boys’ basketball and volleyball.
