A man and a woman make up the most wanted in Morgan-Cass-Scott County Crimestoppers’ effort to help police this week.
One of the two is 37-year-old Rico Brown, who is last known to live in Alton. Brown is wanted here for retail theft.
Brown is a black male, 5-10 and weighing 155 pounds. He has a shaved head and brown eyes.
The other suspect is 42-year-old Angela Burke, who is wanted here for battery and resisting police.
Burke is a white female, who has brown hair and brown eyes..and was last thought to live on Franklin Street.
Burke stands 5-5 and weighs 235 pounds.
Anyone who might know where these two people are is urged to call Crimestoppers at 243-7300, report it on the website or on the Facebook page.
All tips are anonymous, and could lead to cash rewards if an arrest is made.
